Lorenzo Travisanutto wins in the X30 Euro Series in Castelletto
Next race – next victory! The CV Performance Group is currently setting the standard. After the success in the European championship, the WSK, DKM and the ADAC Kart Masters, Lorenzo Travisanutto now also dominates the second run of the IAME X30 Euro Series in Castelletto. With that, the Italian driver celebrates his fourth victory in a row.
After the success at the FIA Karting European championship in Genk, the team around Christian Voß started the journey to the next top event. This time it took them to Castelletto in Italy. There, the second event of the IAME X30 Euro Series took place. Drivers from all around the world started, among them the four representatives of the team from Altendiez.
Already after qualifying it showed that Lorenzo Travisanutto also feels comfortable in this environment. Being placed seventh, he was within striking distance and ended two heats as a winner. From starting position six it took him to the pre final and here he was unstoppable. The Italian driver stormed to the head of the field and did not let the victory be taken from him in the later final. With that he took the fourth victory home within four weeks, after the WSK, DKM and EM – a considerable conclusion for the driver and the team.
What can you add to this!? Lorenzo delivered a great job and is responsible for the permanent smile in the team’s faces. Everybody is working very hard and are now rewarded for their effort
head of the team Christian Voß summarizes.
Next to Travisanutto, also O’neill Muth showed a strong development in the course of the weekend. Being placed 47th after qualifying he was not satisfied in any means. He was fighting his way to the front in the heats and finals. Ultimately, he missed the top ten by a hair being placed eleventh in the final. In contrast, Linus Jansen and Chris Rosenkranz were less lucky. Both missed the entry to the final round.
Next week the team will continue. Then in Kristianstad (Sweden) the next points in the FIA Karting European championship will be assigned. Travisanutto counts again to the favorites and can take the overall leading position with another victory.
