Perfect kick-off for the CV Performance Group Triple victory in Wackersdorf

ADAC Kart Masters - Wackersdorf

The season of the ADAC Kart Masters could not have started any better for the CV Performance Group. The team dominated the races of the X30 seniors with its drivers and leads the list of rankings with four drivers. At the same time pilots are also starting at the French championship in Angerville.

After the CV Performance Group previously caused quite a stir on international terrain, there was no way around the ADAC Kart Masters in Wackersdorf for the Kart Republic Team. Seven drivers started and were leading at the X30 seniors.

In qualifying the new driver Claudia Henning surprised. As Rookie, she was driving best time and left all the other competitors behind. Throughout the heats, she kept her position in top ranks but also had to let her team colleagues, O’Neill Muth and Linus Jansen, pass by. Muth defended his leading position in the beginning phase of the first final but Henning soon took the victory with the fastest lap of the race. After the duo, Chris Rosenkranz saw the checkered flag.

The second race was again engraved by the CVPG pilots. Henning won the start but lost her position in the course of the race to Muth and Jansen. Jansen was leading the race until shortly before the finish line. Muth succeeded a last minute attack and saw the checkered flag before Jansen and Henning.

The British driver Angus Moulsdale caught up and fought his way from position 19 to position five. Rosenkranz finished in sixth position. Ferdinand Winter was unlucky in the final. He dropped out of the race in the first run but fought his way up to position 18 in the course of the race. After a successful kick-off Muth is leading in the overall rankings before Henning, Jansen and Rosenkranz.

Obviously head of the team, Christian Voß, was in a great mood after these results:

I cannot add anything to the results. We clearly showed our potential and are leading in the list of rankings with four drivers. That is a strong team achievement. Especially outstanding was the presentation of Claudia, this was her first race in the seniors and she directly won. This is going to be an exciting year.

Arthur Tohum started in the OK juniors. After a black Saturday, he ended each final in position 15 on Sunday.

Already this upcoming weekend the team will continue. Then the kick-off of the German kart championship will take place in Lonato.
